The essentials

Batch records and the organization name are stored in Android app preferences on this device. The app does not sync these records to an account. The Android manifest disables cloud backup and the extraction rules exclude app data from device transfer, though migration behavior may vary by Android version and manufacturer.
PDF logs are generated on-device and leave it only if you choose to print or share them. Copies in another app or service are controlled by that destination.
Campaign notifications are optional. Firebase Cloud Messaging handles registration and subscription data only after in-app opt-in and Android notification permission are both enabled.
Google Play processes purchases. The configured purchase-verification service receives purchase information needed to check entitlements; provider-side retention has not been independently verified.
The reviewed Android source has no Google Mobile Ads SDK dependency, ad placement, or remaining AdMob app ID. The September 29 signed candidate predates this cleanup, and older published releases were not checked.

Notifications

Campaign notifications are optional. The app starts with campaign consent off; the user must enable the in-app setting and grant Android notification permission before campaign topics are joined. Turning the setting off requests topic removal, disables FCM auto-init, and asks FCM to delete the messaging token. This source review does not verify Firebase's provider-side retention or deletion timing.

Your choices

Delete individual batch records in the app. Clear the app's storage or uninstall it to remove the locally stored batch records and organization name. A PDF already printed, saved elsewhere, or shared is handled by the destination. Turn campaign opt-in off in Settings to request topic removal, disable automatic FCM registration, and delete the messaging token; provider-side deletion and retention timing are not verified here.
