The essentials

• Project records, customer/site fields, camera groups, notes, calculations, and report settings are stored on-device; reviewed app code does not upload them to developer-operated servers.
• Settings can export the local database as an unencrypted JSON file after a warning. Android lets you choose the destination; the app does not upload the export, and this version cannot restore it.
• Firebase Remote Config processes a Firebase installation identifier to retrieve ad-control settings. Firebase provider retention/deletion timing has not been independently verified.
• Campaign announcements require in-app opt-in and Android notification permission. Firebase Cloud Messaging uses the app registration token and app, engineering, and portfolio topics; opt-out requests topic removal, disables auto-registration, and deletes the messaging token.
• Google Mobile Ads may process IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, and device identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Google Play purchase tokens are sent to the publisher's verifier; Firestore records store package, product, and purchase state under a document ID derived from the package and a one-way token hash.
• There is no account. Delete projects in-app or clear app data to erase local records. The published support email can receive requests about purchase-verification records, but the backend's ability to identify and remove an individual hashed record has not been verified.

Notifications

Campaign messages are off unless you enable them in Settings and allow Android notifications. Firebase may process a device registration token while enrollment is enabled. The reviewed Android source joins app, engineering, and portfolio topics only while both choices are enabled. Turning the setting off requests topic removal, disables automatic FCM registration, and deletes the messaging token. Firebase Remote Config still uses a Firebase installation identifier for ad settings; its provider retention and deletion timing have not been verified.

Your choices

Delete saved projects in the app, or clear app storage to remove all app-private records. PDFs already saved or shared are separate. Turning campaign notifications off requests topic removal, disables automatic FCM registration, and deletes the messaging token; the Firebase installation identifier used for Remote Config may remain subject to Firebase's unverified retention and deletion timing. Contact support about publisher-held purchase verification records.
